Karl Lagerfeld Like You've Never Seen Him Before!

Thanks to an amazing spread in French Elle, (which hit newsstands today), We now know whats it like to be Chanel's creative director Karl Lagerfeld in a slew of unlikely situations! The theme is to reveal Lagerfeld’s real day-to-day life and apparently that involves Karl-clad models following him everywhere he goes–from reading a sports newspaper at a café, grocery shopping at le supermarché, to chopping vegetables in a mostly black kitchen and surfing the internet.

"It's the first time I've stepped into a supermarket. It's crazy - fascinating what one can buy. There's enough here to easily gain 20 kilos,"- Karl Lagerfeld

Talk about a cultural shock!
